Nick Baker founded Teddie.io in 2025 after seeing a fundamental shift in the workplace due to AI. With so much distruptive change occuring, his concern is helping businesses navigate change whilst respecting & leveraging their human workforce.

Meet Our Founder
Nick’s unique background spans business operations and cybersecurity. After earning his business degree from the University of Technology Sydney, he began his career as an accountant before transitioning to cybersecurity sales / consulting at Australia’s leading security firm.
While building AI projects in his spare time, he discovered how his combined expertise in business processes, technology integration, and security could help companies navigate AI adoption successfully.
